Report Highlights

  • More than half of the 43 traditional IPOs in Q2 were $50M+ offerings raising approximately $8.8 billion. The remaining offerings in the quarter were micro/nano-caps raising a combined total of only $141 million.
  • Only 14 companies made their public debut after completing their merger with a SPAC in Q2. This was significantly lower than Q1. 57% are trading below $5 per share.
  • The largest offering in Q2 and in the 1H24 was Viking Holdings raising approximately $1.5 billion. Viking is trading slightly above its IPO price at $33.64.
