INVESTMENT CONTRACT

This document serves as a binding contract between Derek Saloman, hereafter known as "Entrepreneur," and Marta Francine, hereafter known as "Investor," signed December 11, 2021. Whereas the Entrepreneur is seeking an investment and the Investor is willing to fund the venture, therefore both parties agree to the following conditions:
Article 1
The Investor will contribute on monthly, basis for 3 years a total of 1,095 days. The Entrepreneur’s tax identification number is: 955-66-7788. The Entrepreneur will be required to present approved updates including tax information to the Investor on the status of the venture in order to receive the payments. The updates, benchmarks or deliverables shall be presented and sent to:

The money provided by the Investor will be used for aspects within the venture and nothing further. Money will be deposited from Investment Financial with routing number 1103944499 and account number: 0889933214. Any additional aspects must be approved by the Investor before the funding can be allocated.
Article 2
For her investment, the Investor will be in control of all aspects within the venture: The funds will be directly deposited into Entrepreneur Bank with routing number 58393938 and account number: 674326345213 or provided in form of check to 3456 Rowan Court Lane, Bowers Building Suite 305, New York, NY 10001.
Article 3
This contract is valid and legally binding from 12/11/2021 to 12/11/2024, or until the Investor receives the agreed upon ROI. The Entrepreneur shall make payments to the Investor in a monthly amount until the termination date or until the full amount has been paid. This contract shall be enforced according to the laws of New York, regardless of the location of the Entrepreneur or the venture itself.
